Better breathing may be simpler than you think

A quick disclaimer before we jump in; I completely understand if you could care less about your breathing habits. Personally, I’ve been there. It took me a long time to tune-in to my own breath, and see and understand the benefits of better breathing habits.

If you are a member at LGN, it’s fair to assume that you value your health and are voluntarily taking steps to enhance your wellness. Even if your goals are aesthetically motivated, remember that your body will reflect your internal state outwardly. Simply, if you put good in, you get good out.
