Athletic Development is an hour-and-a-half long strength and conditioning session designed to improve strength, speed and durability in high school and college-age athletes. Following warm-up, athletes will spend 20-30 minutes working on the finer points of speed training including drills to develop acceleration, agility and top speed. Athletes can expect to be progressively challenged over the course of the program.
