Fitness Training (FT)

Fitness Training is an hour long high-intensity training session designed to accommodate large groups of people. The FT program is physically demanding, but designed to accommodate all levels. You can expect high-quality coaching throughout this fast-paced session alongside your peers. If you’re looking for tough metabolic training in a highly motivating environment, FT is the program for you!

Session length: 1 hour

Maximum allotted clients/session: 24
