Future Performers


Future Performers is an hour long athletic development session focusing on proper movement patterns, correct body alignment, agility and strength in youth athletes.Athletes will begin with a 10-15-minute warm-up, intended to prepare them mentally and physically for the training session. The remainder of the session will include a variety of training tools including bodyweight exercises, weight training, speed and agility drills, and spatial-reasoning games. Participants will receive a movement pattern education as well as a physical challenge.

Session Length: 1.0 hours

Maximum allotted clients/session: 10

Ages: 10 – 13 years

Regardless of sport choice or participation level, Future Performers is a highly beneficial program intended to introduce children to a healthy and active lifestyle.
