Small Group Training (SGT)

Small Group Training is an hour long session designed for 6 clients or less. During SGT, you will receive personalized coaching as well as a guided opportunity to work towards specific goals. In this training environment, LGN coaches will lead you through the warm-up and workout, tailoring the program to you. On the LGN provided tablet at your power rack, track weights and record reps during your training session through the easy-to-use Train Heroic application. The app will record your data and track your attendance, taking the guesswork out of weight selection and holding you accountable to your training schedule. Consider it as good at private training, but at a fraction of the cost!
