Personal Training is a one-on-one training session fully customized to you and your goals. If you are in the later stages of injury rehab, have been sedentary for a long period of time, have health limitations or just desire personalized attention, Personal Training is recommended for you. Your LGN coach will offer recommendations for session length, frequency, and intensity of training to keep you effectively and safely working towards your goals.

Pricing for Personal Training varies dependent upon number and duration of training sessions.
