Set a goal and a schedule. Make a plan and commit to it. We pride ourselves on a supportive staff and community, but if you don’t show up, nothing will change.
Listen to your coaches. You pay us the be the experts, right? Our job is to help take the guesswork out of your exercise regime. If you have a questions, just ask.
Focus on your own progress; don’t compare. The LGN community is comprised of a variety of members from various walks of life. Each person has a different goal and ability level.
Be active in the LGN community. We offer a variety of holiday workouts and events throughout the year. We hope you’ll get involved and get to know members of the community.
Eat well; a good diet supports good training. If your goal includes making a change in your body composition, what you put into your body plays a huge role.
Take scheduled breaks and allow your body to recover. Support your workout regime with adequate rest periods. When your body tells you to take a break, listen.
